Sorry for getting back to you a lttle later than planned, but with the jet lag I've just been doing only what is necessary. We also didn't get out of frankfurt until last Wednesday only to return here to vancouver at 11:30 in the evening that wednesday. We spent 3 nights in that frankfurt airport until finally lufthansa took responsipbility to book us on a flight. Lawrence just sent a 4 page letter off yesterday to Air canada and lufthansa complaining about their inefficiencies and the undue stress it caused us.
Despite this problem with the airlines, our trip to India was wonderful.. Your organizational skills were great and we thought both Balbir and his brother were excellent drivers. We have many fond memories and have told many stories to our friends and family about our experiences in india.
Prudent Networks proved to be a very reliable, organized and trust-worthy travel agency and I was happy that you provided us with a memorable vacation.
